MAKING YOUR PAYMENT

If you have received a notice from our office for an outstanding account you owe and are making your payment for the balance in full, please make your payment from one of the following options below. If you cannot pay your balance in full, please contact our office and speak to the collector (named on the notice sent to you) about your situation.

PAYMENT BY EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER

In you on-line banking site, click the link marked ’email transfer’ and provide the following information:

Recipient Name: CBOS

Security Question: What is this

Security Answer: payment (please note that this is case sensitive and should be done in lower case)

Message to Recipient: Please use the debt number (starts with DB followed by a 6 digit number); or if you do not have your debt number, please provide the name of the person that owes the debt.

PAYMENT IN PERSON AT OUR OFFICE

You can pay by a cash, money order or draft in person in our office Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am – 5pm (excluding holidays).

PAYMENT BY VISA OR MASTERCARD

Please contact our office at (519) 371-5000 with your Visa or MasterCard ready.

ON-LINE BANKING OR PERSONAL BANKING

Your payment may be made through on-line banking and/or personal banking. Please contact our office at (519) 371-5000 for further information.

PAYMENT BY XPRESSPOST OR MAIL

Please send your bank draft, money order or cheque, payable to the creditor or to our office at the following address:

To ensure proper credit to your outstanding account, please make your payment directly to our office. We report your debt status to National Credit Reporting Agencies.
